India....dream come true

So iIve been in India for 1.5 week now and I must say it is different, fantastic, hot and very extreemly dirty. So far we have spend all our time in Behror, Rajastan. Its been nice but Im glad to move on on Monday to Bombay and then down towards South end of India, Kerala. So Ive learned how to greet people and thank them. The 1st 4 days we lived in the villages with local families. Ive never been carried around on hands so much before. I was suprised they didnt follow me to the toilet and wipe my ass. Ive been drinking hundreds of Chais ( Indian tea) as everywhere you go people offer you tea and its not so easy to refuse aything here. These people can be amazingly persistent. I av to say this though...women in Europe and America STOP complaining. here women wake up around 4 and start cooking and cleaning for their family. they work all day and rarely leave the house or their village. they wake up first and go to sleep last.they have to cover their faces when their married. women spend time wiv women and mn wiv men. I cannot believe how they can live so different lives. on top of all that there is that damn caste system...a system to discrimiate people and give power to the rich.
Ive spend lot of my time on the back of the motorbike...hundreds of kilometres and making peace wiv my life every time as traffic here is maniac...not many rules apply.
I canot believe Ive only been here for a wek and half couse it feels like a life time...well 3 ad half months more to go on this asia travel. I try to update as much as I can. at he mo the internet access is kina limited and very slow but hopefully it will be better in the big cities.
so on monday we go to Jaipur and then 20 hours on train to Bombay where me and Ina r gonna continue wiv our documentary about street kids...go to the slums, ngo and so on....

Im discovering my feminine side here...wearing indian clothes - sari and modern version of sari ...they call it suite....still struggeling to get use to the hot hot hot food. :)

How I feel well .... besides the immense dust in my lungs and constant attention coz Im foreigner I feel pretty happy here..as Im fulfilling my dream here...visiting asia..
the most special momet so far was a tiny nontouristic tempel build high on top and partly n a cliff/mountain. on the back cornere there was this tiny 3-4 meters long cave where only one person at yhe time could crawl inside and in the end holy water, inscent smell and candle. being there all alone in a dark end of a tiny cliff somewhere in the middle of nowhere felt really special for me. so special I didnt even dare to take any photos or recordings but rather just store it in my heart.

we are besides llthe serious meetings, discussions and investigations having lots of fun wiv our group and our many many indian friends.....:)..like playng hackysack, dancing af playn and running around..tasting and touching everything that is possible to taste and touch.
tomoro we go out and do polio vaccination action for infants....so I must go now....coz we av to wake up early early....
toodles from Taku
namaste :)
